1 each Large onion, diced

1 each Large potato, diced

1 each Large sweet potato, diced

1 tbsp Cumin

1 tbsp Paprika

0.5 tbsp Coriander

0.5 tbsp Cinnamon

0.25 tbsp Turmeric

1.5 Kg Chicken, diced

1 cup Water

400 g Crushed tomatoes

800 g Coconut cream

2 Kg Rice, cooked

3 cup Peas, cooked

6 cup Baby spinach

Select Salt and pepper


  1. Bake diced chicken in oven for 45 mins at 160 C
  2. Sauté onions and potatoes in large pan. Add in all spices and stir
  3. Add water, tomato, coconut cream, salt and pepper and cook until potatoes are soft
  4. Combine cooked rice, chicken and sauce in a large bain
  5. Mix in peas, cover and put back oven in for 10 minutes
  6. Remove from oven, mix through spinach and serve
