Ingredients
1.5 Kg Beef chuck or rump steak, cut into 2cm pieces
3 tsp Garlic, minced
1 each Onion, chopped
2 each Rosemary sprigs
1.6 Kg Tinned tomatoes
3 tbsp Tomato paste
2 each Bay leaves
1 cup Vegetable stock
1 tsp Pepper
Recipe
- Brown beef in batches and add to a slow cooker
- Next brown onion and garlic and add to slow cooker
- Add rosemary, tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leaves, stock, pepper and vegetables to slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours
- Serve with rice and enjoy
