Ham and Cheese Scroll

2 cup Self raising flour
1.25 cup Low fat Greek yoghurt
0.25 cup Bolognaise pasta sauce
100 g Shredded ham
0.5 cup Reduced fat grated cheese
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and line a baking tray with paper.
- Mix flour and yoghurt to form a smooth ball and knead for 5 minutes.
- Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to a 30cm x 25cm rectangle. Spread sauce and top with ham and ½ cup of grated cheese. Roll up from long side and cut into 3cm thick slices. Place cut side up onto tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
Baked fresh in the tuckshop daily using a traditional recipe with Greek yoghurt.
A variety of toppings can be added. Try combinations such as spinach and feta or basil pesto with capsicum which work well for catering. This recipe can be frozen.
