Mexican Beef Burritos

1 Kg Beef mince, lean
0.25 cup Water
2 tbsp Taco seasoning
12 unit Tortilla
1 unit Iceburg lettuce, large shredded
4 unit Tomatoes, large sliced
3 cup Reduced fat cheese, grated
300 g Sour cream, reduced fat
- Fry mince in a pan and add seasoning plus water. Stir through. Taste test and adjust seasoning being cautious to not make it too spicy.
- Spread out tortillas on bench and in a straight line across each tortilla spread a tablespoon of sour cream topped with lettuce, tomato and grated cheese.
- Top with hot seasoned mince, roll and cut in half at a diagonal. Place in foil container to serve.
Quick and easy burritos using lean mince, reduced fat cheese, plenty of salad and taco seasoning.
